Paloma is a stunningly beautiful girl who will make you feel like the luckiest person in the world! She's a bit shy at first, but once she decides you're her person, she's all yours! This velcro dog loves to be by your side, whether you're on the couch or just moving from room to room. She's a nap enthusiast who believes every afternoon is better with a cozy blanket and a human pillow! You'll fall in love with her "happy jumps" when she sees her favorite person – it's the most heartwarming transformation you'll ever witness! Paloma is believed to be a mix of Labrador and Pittie, with a striking white coat that makes her look like a four-legged marshmallow. She's a medium to large girl with a heart that's even bigger than her frame.
Ideal Home
Paloma would thrive in a house with a yard where she can practice her happy jumps in peace. She'd be happiest in a quieter space and would love a plush couch and a human who doesn't mind a beautiful white shadow following them around. Paloma prefers calm and respectful canine companions and would be happiest as an only pet or with a mellow male dog. She would not do well in an apartment.
Ongoing Health
Paloma is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea prevention, and heartworm preventative. She has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Paloma has already mastered her "sit" and "down" commands and is eager to please for a tasty treat. While she can be a little shy around new faces, she's a gentle and sweet soul who prefers to take her time making friends. She is currently practicing her social skills in playgroups and is making great progress. Paloma is curious about cats and would love to have a kitty sleepover to see if she's ready for feline companionship.

Paloma is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
