Georgie Smiles is a handsome pittie mix, believed to be around 6.5 years old and weighing about 45 lbs. He's got a smile that could light up a room and a heart full of love! Georgie is a happy-go-lucky boy who adores people, is always ready for an adventure, and is incredibly loyal. He's a social butterfly who loves to be the center of attention, greeting everyone with enthusiasm and showering them with kisses.
Ideal Home
Georgie would thrive in a home with older children who are sturdy on their feet and comfortable around larger dogs. While he loves to play and be part of the action, he also enjoys relaxing and cuddling. A backyard for him to zoom around and play with his favorite toys would be ideal. He would be happiest as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the love and companionship.

Georgie is a rescue dog, and while his breed and exact age are a mystery, he is up-to-date on all vetting.
Training & Support
Georgie is a treat-motivated learner who already knows how to sit and is house-trained and crate-trained. He has excellent house manners and will readily come to your side if called. He has also learned how to run alongside a bike! He will do best with an adopter who can provide structure, leadership, and companionship.

Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
