Kevin was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas and is currently charming everyone in his foster home. He's a social butterfly who enjoys making new friends, both human and canine, and is thriving in a playgroup with dogs of all kinds. When he's not busy being the life of the party, Kevin is a champion cuddler who loves a good belly rub. He's confident enough to be your one and only, showering you with all his love and attention! Kevin is a fetch master, and his enthusiasm is amplified when water is involved – he's happy to jump into any pool, lake, or puddle to retrieve his favorite ball. He also loves exploring the outdoors and would be delighted with a home that has a fenced-in yard for him to roam and play freely.
