Steele

Steele is a big, easy-going boy who's approximately 8 years old. He came to us from the NCSPCA and, through no fault of his own, has been in and out of shelters for the past year. When he was surrendered, it was discovered he had very painful ear issues, which led to him receiving TECA surgery on both ears. While this means he no longer has ear problems, it has left him deaf. He was adopted for a short time but returned for stealing food from a child in a high chair. Can you blame him?
