Krockett

Krockett is a charming 1-year-old male Labrador mix, weighing in at approximately 55 lbs. He was rescued in March 2024 and is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. Krockett is a delightful companion who is always happy, loyal, polite, and intelligent. He has a playful, joyful, and energetic spirit, making him the perfect partner for an active family that enjoys outdoor adventures. Krockett is already crate and leash trained and is a champion on car rides!

Ideal Home

Krockett would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard. He needs an active family that loves the outdoors and has experience with dog behavior and training. A home with a high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies is ideal, as he is still learning the ropes of house-training.

Krockett has undergone a comprehensive health protocol, including:

Training & Support

While Krockett is crate and leash trained, he is not yet house-trained. His foster family is working on this, and he would benefit from continued patience and consistency. Given his background, an adopter with experience in dog behavior and training would be a great asset.

Transportation

Krockett is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. He is available for transport to the East Coast and the Pacific Northwest, with a transport fee of $250.00 to be paid by the adopter prior to departure.
