Oriole

Meet Oriole! This three-month-old male Chihuahua mix, born April 5, 2026, is a shy but sweet boy who blossoms with a little time and patience. He was rescued along with his mama Birdie and siblings when he was just a week old, after a kind soul stepped in to help a homeless man who could no longer care for his seven dogs. Oriole is a tiny pup, currently weighing in at just under four pounds, and he absolutely adores belly rubs once he gets to know you! He loves to play and can often be found zooming around with his siblings and mama.

Ideal Home

A home ready for the commitment of a young dog. Puppies require patience as they learn manners, leash walking, and house training.

Ongoing Health

Oriole will be altered around five months of age at the PAWS clinic on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix. Adopters will sign a contract to bring him for this spay/neuter surgery in September 2026. His adoption fee includes vaccinations and a microchip.

Training & Support

Oriole will need guidance and patience to learn house-training and leash manners.
