Coal is a friendly, playful, and curious young boy with plenty of energy! He's athletic and loves going for walks and playing at the park. He's crate-trained and generally does well with other dogs, though he can be a bit selective and prefers to meet new canine friends slowly and carefully. Coal is a loving and loyal companion who would be a wonderful addition to a family. We estimate he's about 5 years old. While we don't know much about his past, we do know he was rescued from the Borger, Texas pound and is incredibly eager to find his forever home and meet his new family.
Ideal Home
A home that can keep up with his energy and playfulness. He needs a family who understands that he is dog-selective and will give him the time and space he needs to get to know other dogs.
Ongoing Health
Coal is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He has tested negative for heartworms and his fecal test was clear.
Training & Support
Coal is crate-trained. He is a loyal dog who is eager to please and will likely do well with continued positive reinforcement.

- Your adoption fee of $500 includes his neuter, current vaccinations, negative heartworm test, negative fecal test, health certificate, registered microchip, and transport costs.
- As a direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet will take place via video call.
- The adoption application and fee must be finalized and paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
