Cuteness overload warning! Have you ever seen puppies as cute as these babies? Born May 3rd, Calix is a male Shih Tzu, Pug, and Dachshund mix weighing approximately 3.5 lbs. He was born in the South Texas area, along the Texas/Mexico border, and was surrendered to us two weeks ago as his owners could no longer keep him.
Calix is the happiest puppy! He loves to be around humans and aims to please anyone he is around. He is super-duper playful and gets the cutest butt wiggles ever. His butt goes completely to the side when he's excited! Calix loves his toys, and he loves to cuddle and just loves life itself. He is very well socialized and if someone breaks in, will do absolutely nothing to stop the burglars besides maybe wag his tail and ask for treats and pets. He is very foot-motivated and loves all food and treats passed his way.
Ideal Home
Calix is still a baby and will need training, exercise (as much as his little body can handle), patience, and lots of love and care.
Ongoing Health
Calix is current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.

Calix is still a baby and will need training, exercise, patience, and lots of love and care. He is very foot-motivated and loves all food and treats.

Transporation
This animal is currently located in Texas but can be transported to the Central US and the East Coast. Transport goes to the following locations every 2-3 weeks: Albany, NY; Wells, VT and Brattleboro, VT; Nashua, NH; Willington, CT, Stamford, CT, and Dayville, CT; Steubenville, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Grove City, OH; Ridgefield, NJ and Mt Laurel, NJ; Emmitsburg, MD and Elkton, MD; Falls Church, VA and Glenn Allen, VA.
