• All resident pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on core vaccines, and on heartworm prevention to be considered.
• You must be 21 years or older with identification showing your present address.
• All adults living in the household must have knowledge of and consent to the adoption.
• If you rent, you must provide proof of a pet deposit and a lease that allows pets.
• You must be willing and able to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment, and responsible care for a pet.
• All poisonous plants must be removed from your yard.
