Gurgi is a sweet little Shih Tzu who has overcome a difficult start. Found emaciated and severely matted, he required hospitalization and a blood transfusion, but he is now healthy and ready to find his forever home. He enjoys playing with toys and cuddling in your lap. Gurgi gets along with other dogs and adores children. He may be shy with men at first but warms up quickly.

Ideal Home

Gurgi would thrive with a loving family that can give him time to warm up to men. He enjoys the company of other dogs and children.

Ongoing Health

Gurgi is heartworm positive. Adopters should discuss heartworm protocols and treatment with their veterinarian.
