Masha

Masha is a stunning Alaskan Husky, about 5 years old, weighing around 55 lbs. She is a truly majestic dog with captivating sky-blue eyes and a noble presence. Masha has a calm and affectionate personality, eager to please and quick to learn. She's loyal, brave, social, and affectionate, with a playful, fun, and curious nature that makes her incredibly charming.

Ideal Home

Masha would thrive with a very active family who has experience with dogs and understands the needs of rescued animals. Families with other dogs and children are preferred. She needs a home with high tolerance and patience, and an understanding that rescued dogs may need time to adjust and may have unique behaviors.

Ongoing Health

Masha is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. She receives a health certificate.

Training & Support

Masha is not house-trained and may chew on items when bored or without toys. She can be a bit protective of her toys and may pull on the leash due to excitement. Like many Huskies, she enjoys howling and barking and can have a stubborn streak. She can be territorial with dominant dogs, though she is not aggressive, she likes to establish herself as the "boss."

Transportation

Masha is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast of the USA on our next cross-country trip. Transport to your home address is available.
