About Mark

Hi new friends! My name is Mark, and I’m the happiest, funnest guy around! I am 3.5 years old and weigh in at 45lbs. I am listed as a "shepherd mix," but I'm pretty sure I'm a purebred of awesomeness! If you are looking to add some joy to your life – I’m your guy! Sometimes I get so happy to see my foster family that I skip and bounce and wag with my whole body! I just have so much love in me, sometimes it makes me wiggle! I also love to play with other dogs and toys! I recently found out that chasing sticks is super fun. Playing with anything is kind of my specialty. Also snuggling. Another specialty of mine. I am very good at snuggles. I am crate trained and house trained and I really like to learn things. I recently learned to stay with my foster family while off leash! Of course, it will take time until I am trustworthy off leash with my new family. I would love a family to teach me all the things! I have a good amount of energy and I can jump very high. My foster mom says I would be great at any dog sports, like GRC, Barn hunt, scent work, agility...since I’m smart and active, she says I would be good at anything! Who am I to argue? I am working on my manners and my confidence in new situations. I’ve done really well with my foster family, and I am ready for my forever family to find me! Anyway, basically I’m great and also so handsome. And I really want a family of my own.
