Mocha is a sweet 3-year-old who may be a bit shy at first. With the right patience and love, she will absolutely flourish into a wonderful companion. She loves spending time outdoors and is fully crate-trained. While she can get along with other dogs given the proper introduction, it’s important to handle her transition carefully. She was rescued with her puppies during a cold winter spell after being abandoned in downtown Amarillo. She was safely trapped and brought to safety, cold and hungry.

A patient and loving home where she can flourish. Careful introductions to any resident dogs are recommended.
Ongoing Health
Mocha's adoption fee includes her spay, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test (if 6+ months old at transport), negative fecal within 14 days of transport, health certificate within 10 days of transport, registered microchip.
Training & Support
Mocha is fully crate-trained.

- The adoption fee is $500.
- As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Zoom, Etc).
- The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to receiving your dog.

Mocha is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption throughout the country thanks to our transport program. Drop off locations through our transport program are as follows:
