Ruby

Ruby is a lovely young lady with a heart of gold, looking for her forever home. She came to us as a rescue dog who was initially a bit insecure. Thankfully, she spent some time in a foster home where she received basic training and blossomed into the wonderful dog she is today. While she bonded with her previous experienced owners, they found her to be a bit too much dog for them, as she was strong on leash and unfortunately caused an injury. Ruby is about 15 months old, weighs in the mid-50s, and is a Doberman Pinscher mix.

Ideal Home

Ruby would thrive in a home with a large, securely fenced yard where she can run and play to her heart's content. She also really needs another dog, preferably a male, to be her playmate and help her expend energy. Due to her strength and past experiences, we will not be considering homes with inexperienced owners, young children, small dogs, or other small animals.

Ongoing Health

Ruby is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Ruby is housebroken, crate trained, and knows several commands. She bonds closely with caring humans and is ready to continue learning with her new family.
