Madame Cleo has read the cards – and your future includes one very dignified, independent husky! Cleo is a beautiful husky mix with a confident presence. She's quietly curious and a bit mysterious, the type of dog who is poised and prefers to "hang nearby" rather than be "glued to your side." She's currently in a foster home with a yard, mastering her house manners and enjoying her days while she waits for her forever family!
Cleo is estimated to be 3 years old and weighs 52 lbs. She enjoys walks on a harness with occasional leash walks. She is house-trained and hasn't had an accident in her foster home. Huskies can be vocal, so apartment living isn't ideal. A home with a yard, a comfy crate, and a human who respects her independent personality is her dream!
Cleo is confident and cool with other dogs. She doesn't need playmates. If there's another dog in the home, a chill, low-energy male who minds his own business would be fine, but she's perfectly happy as a single lady. She has lived peacefully with indoor/outdoor cats and did well when introduced to a house cat, so dog-savvy cats are welcome.
If your idea of the perfect companion is a quiet, independent dog who will check in with you during sunset yard hangs, Cleo is your girl. She's calm, self-assured, and beautifully low-maintenance, as long as you appreciate a little husky sass.
