Joey (Jo)

Meet Joey, a sweet and gentle one-year-old black Lab mix with a heart of gold! She's already mastered potty and kennel training, and boasts excellent house manners. Joey gets along wonderfully with other dogs, lives harmoniously with cats, and is a delight around the older children in her foster home. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, and eager to find her forever family.

Joey can sometimes be a little timid when meeting new people, but with a little patience, her affectionate personality truly shines through. She just needs a moment to feel safe and build confidence. Once she trusts you, she'll be your loyal, gentle, and incredibly loving companion.

Ideal Home

Joey would thrive in a patient, loving home that understands her need for a little time to warm up. She would do best in a house rather than an apartment, especially if it means fewer encounters with strangers.

Joey is spayed and fully vaccinated, and is ready for her new home.

Training & Support

Joey is already potty and kennel trained with great house manners. She may need a little time to build confidence with new people, but with patience and understanding, she blossoms into a wonderfully affectionate dog.
