A little about them

Stella is an energetic and sweet girl who came to the shelter as a stray. She is preparing for FHO surgery to address an old, improperly healed fracture affecting her left rear hip and femur.

Ongoing Health

Stella's veterinarian has recommended FHO surgery to make her more comfortable, although she does not act as though the injury bothers her. She will need time to heal afterward and restricted activity during recovery.

Application Details

  • Stella will be available for adoption after surgery and her healing period.
  • Her adopter should understand and support her recovery and activity restrictions.
