Jane

Jane is a shy 3-year-old, 35lb pittie mix who has been patiently waiting for her forever home for 135 days. She's a sweet girl who needs a little extra time to warm up and show her true, loving personality. Jane is very treat and food motivated, which makes her a great candidate for continued training and building confidence. She absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident, friendly canine companion who can show her the ropes. Due to her shyness, a home with older children or no children is recommended, and her interactions with cats are currently unknown. Jane is quiet and will take patience to feel comfortable, but once she does, you'll see her blossom into the wonderful dog she is! A fun fact about Jane is that she's missing a few toes on her back paw, but it doesn't slow her down one bit and just adds to her unique charm.

Jane would do best in a home with at least one other confident and friendly dog. Older children or a child-free home is recommended due to her shyness.
