Star is a 4-year-old Catahoula/Hound mix with a heart every bit as big as her personality. This sweet girl has been through so much, including a gunshot that impacted her jaw and ear. She's undergone surgery, and now her tongue permanently rests outside her mouth. But Star is a testament to resilience and sweetness, never letting her past define her. She's incredibly affectionate and has a wonderfully happy nature. Star loves to explore and play, but she also cherishes quiet time for snuggles, offering the perfect blend of adventure and companionship. She enjoys car rides and would be an ideal co-pilot for any adventure.

Star would love a home where she can run, explore, and play, but also where she can relax and cuddle.

Star has permanent medical needs due to past trauma, requiring her tongue to stay outside her mouth. She is spayed and fully vaccinated.
