• Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" via text.
• Following the approval letter, you'll receive a "Transport Roster Information form" to select your pickup location and pay the transport fee.
• The adoption fee is due upon pickup.

Hendrix is currently located at our rescue in Texarkana, Texas. We offer transport to the following locations:

• Bloomington, Illinois

• Rockford, Illinois

Transport dates and estimated arrival times are provided upon application approval. You may also arrange to pick up Hendrix directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas, after your application is approved.
