Romeo

Romeo is a handsome Border Collie mix who is ready to find his forever family. He spent a bit too long waiting in a shelter, but now he's in a loving foster home and is eager to shower a family with affection. Romeo is a true gem with children and other dogs, and he's already a pro at crate and leash training. He’s thriving indoors and would make a wonderful addition to any home. He has a moderate energy level and is happy with 10-15 minutes of playtime and running before settling down. Romeo is eager to please and responds well to corrections, and we're continuing to work on expanding his command repertoire.

Romeo would be a phenomenal addition to any family. He thrives with children and dogs and is happy to settle in after playtime.

Ongoing Health

Romeo is currently being treated for heartworm and has undergone injection therapy. He is awaiting a negative re-test. Potential adopters should discuss heartworm protocols with their veterinarian to determine ongoing treatment.

Training & Support

Romeo is crate and leash trained and listens well when corrected. We are continuing to work on teaching him more commands.
