Scoob-Bear

Meet Scoob-Bear, a handsome 4-year-old gentleman who has been patiently waiting for his forever family. Scoob came to us from the streets, so his early days are a bit of a mystery. He's a big boy with a gorgeous black coat that, unfortunately, seems to make him blend in and get overlooked. Scoob has been working hard to overcome his fears and has made amazing progress! He used to be quite vocal around vehicles, motorcycles, bikes, and skateboarders, but he's learned that there's no need to get worked up about them. He enjoys meeting new people and is social with other dogs once he's had a chance to relax. Scoob is eager to bond with his person and is a quick learner, though he can be hesitant to push his limits until he feels comfortable and secure with you. He's truly a dog who wants to be the best boy he can be!

Ideal Home

Scoob is looking for an active family who enjoys adventures and hikes. Because of his size and the fact that he's still learning, we do not recommend him for homes with small children or cats.

Ongoing Health

Scoob is neutered, vaccinated, and dewormed.

Training & Support

Scoob has made great progress in overcoming his fear of public stimuli like vehicles and skateboards. He is eager to learn and will thrive with continued positive reinforcement and patience as he builds confidence with his new family.
