German Shepherd Dog

Meet Kodiak, a handsome sable and black/tan German Shepherd born on June 3rd! He's a well-rounded pup who has completed his AKC STAR Puppy training, as well as beginner and intermediate obedience classes. Kodiak has been raised with dogs, cats, and gerbils, and enjoys playing and wrestling with them. He walks nicely on a leash and has even accompanied his people to dog-friendly places like Lowes. With a calm personality and low prey drive, he's a great companion who will alert you to strangers at the door.

Ideal Home

Kodiak would thrive in a home that can continue his training and provide him with enrichment activities like obstacle courses. He has experience with other pets and would likely do well in a multi-pet household.

Ongoing Health

Kodiak is fully vaccinated and microchipped. His parents have been health tested, including hip/elbow and DM testing.

Training & Support

Kodiak is crate trained, doggie door trained, and potty trained. He has completed extensive training, including some as a service dog prospect. He enjoys learning and is eager to please.
