This handsome young Shepherd/Collie mix is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family. He was rescued from a crowded Texas shelter and is now safe in our care, looking for the home he's always deserved. Boots is just over a year old and weighs around 50 pounds, making him the perfect size for adventures and cuddles. He's a playful, affectionate, and eager-to-please pup who loves people. You'll often find him leaning in for pets, offering a play bow, or gently asking for attention. Boots is already house-trained, knows how to "sit," and takes treats gently. He's also a social butterfly with other dogs and would love a canine companion to romp and play with. Despite facing uncertainty, Boots greets the world with a wagging tail and a hopeful spirit. He's the perfect combination of loyal companion, hiking buddy, playmate, and best friend.
