Tahoe Trailblazer is a handsome, 57-pound Shepherd mix with a zest for life! At about 1.5 years old, he's a social, people-loving canine ready for adventure. Tahoe thrives when he's involved in family activities, whether it's hiking, playing in the backyard, or engaging in training sessions. He's a smart, affectionate, and eager learner who loves to connect with his people. Tahoe enjoys movement and activity and is always ready for what's next! He approaches new people with confidence and friendliness, though his greetings can be a little enthusiastic.
Ideal Home
Tahoe would do best in a home that can provide him with plenty of activity and engagement. He is not suited for a home with cats, and if there are other dogs in the home, they should be over 25 lbs to avoid being overwhelmed by his size and enthusiasm.

Tahoe is a healthy boy who has received all necessary vetting, vaccinations, and preventative care.
Training & Support
Tahoe is house trained and crate trained. He is a very workable dog who responds well to guidance and corrections. Continued training will help him thrive and is something he will likely enjoy. He recovers quickly from overstimulation and learns from redirection. Consistency and structure will be beneficial for this intelligent and eager learner.

Tahoe is currently fostered in Texas. Transport is available nationwide through our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada.
