Starlight is a gorgeous 45 lb girl with a beautiful heart and a great temperament. Estimated to be born on January 26, 2020, this Mountain Cur x Staffordshire Terrier mix is gentle and affectionate. She loves nothing more than to get hugs and kisses from her humans. She is also very patient with other dogs and would fit right in with any family. Starlight and her best friend Moonbeam were rescued from the streets just before a Texas freeze. She had a painful skin infection and was very underweight. Now, she is happy and healthy and ready to find her forever home.

Starlight would thrive in a home that can offer her plenty of affection and patience. She is dog-friendly and would likely do well in a family environment.

Starlight is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She has no other health conditions to be aware of.

Transporation
Starlight is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may include pickup locations in a nearby town or state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
