About DARK Red Golden Retriever Puppies

We LOVE our DARK RED Golden Retrievers! They make the BEST family pets. We know because both Penny and Hunter, their parents, live at home with their families and are pets FIRST! These adorable puppies are raised in our home and socialized with children and adults every day. Potty training has started at 4 weeks of age. This is Penny and Hunter’s 6th litter together, so you can see pictures of your pup’s full siblings who are all grown up!

Ongoing Health

These puppies have been genetically tested, dewormed every two weeks for prevention, and received a wellness exam and shots from our veterinarian. They also come with a 2-year health guarantee.

Training & Support

Potty training has been started. A welcome home bag of food and a scented blanket will be provided to help with the transition.

Meet Raney Family Goldens. I (Amber) grew up in southern Missouri raising puppies with my Dad. I have many fond childhood memories of being surrounded by puppies and bringing joy to families in finding their new best friends! I now live near St. Louis and my family enjoys raising a litter of beautiful dark red Golden Retrievers each year. Together with our 5 kids, my husband and I pride ourselves on our puppies which are well loved and socialized. Penny is our pet first. She lives in our home with us and has 3 acres to roam. We take it one litter at a time, looking at Penny's health and our large family's ability to care for the puppies. Hunter also lives inside with his family on their farm (about 2 hours away). We chose Hunter because we loved his dark coat and sweet demeanor and clear genetic profile. Penny and Hunter have had 5 litters together and will have their last litter Spring 2026. A little extra about us - My husband and I are both community and service minded. He has worked at a local municipality as a police officer for over 20 years and I run a local non profit serving kids in foster care.
