Bella Bluebird

Bella Bluebird and her best friend, Jasper Junco, were surrendered to a local shelter after their previous family could no longer keep them. We welcomed this sweet, bonded pair into our Frosted Faces program, and they have completely charmed us with their gentle spirits and deep affection for one another. Bella and Jasper have spent their lives together, and we're committed to finding a special family who will cherish them both and allow them to continue their journey side-by-side.

Bella, an 11-year-old sweetheart, is described as spunky and playful. She enjoys chasing a ball, squeaking toys, and then snuggling up close for some well-deserved affection. Bella has some weakness in her back legs, so she'll thrive in a home where she can take it easy and avoid steep stairs or rough play. Her leash reactivity towards other dogs means she'd do best with a calmer walking routine.

Ideal Home

Training & Support

Bella pulls a bit on the leash, particularly when other dogs are around, so she does better in a harness. Bella and Jasper have become wonderfully gentle when taking treats and remain calm and sweet even when receiving gentle pets from a toddler.
