Rascal is a 16-pound young male terrier mix with a sweet and loving personality. He was sadly found dumped with his best friend, and though his friend passed away before they could be rescued, Rascal is now safe and his true gentle nature is beginning to shine through. He's a very sweet boy who is just looking for kindness and a chance at a better life.
