Chong (Foster)

Chong is a handsome Pitbull mix with a lot of love to give! He's about 3-4 years old and weighs between 50-55lbs. Chong is a graduate of the Missouri Puppies for Parole Program, which means he's already learned valuable skills and is eager to find his forever home. He's good with other dogs, and while we don't know how he is with cats, his playful and affectionate nature makes us hopeful! Chong has a medium to high energy level, so he'd love an active family to join him on adventures. He's also housebroken and crate trained, making the transition into your home even smoother.

Ideal Home

Chong would thrive in an active household that can keep up with his medium to high energy. He's already shown he's great with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Chong is fully vetted, including being neutered, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on his rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. He also receives monthly flea and heartworm medication and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Chong is housebroken and crate trained. His graduation from the Puppies for Parole Program indicates he's a smart and trainable dog who is ready to continue learning with his new family.

Chong is located in or around Springfield, MO. We do not offer transportation for our adoptable animals, and all potential adopters are required to meet him in person.
