Meet Blaze! This handsome 72-pound Alaskan Malamute is estimated to be about two years old. Blaze found himself in a Texas shelter after being discovered wandering the streets of Harris County, TX. It's clear he once knew love, but sadly, he was discarded and left to fend for himself. Despite his past hardships, Blaze's spirit remains unbroken; he still trusts people and longs for a family to call his own. He's ready to offer unconditional love to the family that will cherish him forever.

Blaze is up to date on all his vaccines and is neutered. He did test positive for heartworm, but he has successfully begun the slow-kill treatment and is on the road to recovery.
