Meet Rex, a four-year-old silver-gray Pitty or Staffy mix with the softest face, sweetest eyes, and an adorable white chest spot that makes him look like he's wearing a tiny tuxedo! Rex is an incredibly special boy with a heart as big as he is. He approaches life with an easy, joyful attitude, always happy and truly goes with the flow. Rex is a big, soft house hippo who knows how to chill and loves to entertain himself with toys, sniffing around, or relaxing nearby. He has mastered the art of being close without being demanding.
Ideal Home
Rex would be happy as a solo dog, soaking up all the love as someone's one and only, or he would do well with a medium to low energy, respectful canine companion. While Rex does wonderfully with other dogs and small children, he has not yet been fully introduced to cats. Further testing can be arranged if he seems like a good fit for your home. Rex is very apartment friendly, quiet, gentle, and low key.

Training & Support
Rex is fully potty trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to a home. He enjoys his daily leash walks and walks nicely, though he is happy to pause for a good sniff. He loves toys, especially Kongs and a good game of tug-of-war. He is treat motivated, eager to please, and genuinely just a very good dog.

Rex is located in Texas and can be transported to various locations nationwide, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Drop-off locations are available in WA, NY, and VT for Canadian adopters. Real-time tracking, photo updates, and a private Facebook event page for adopters are included. A surcharge of $87 applies due to transportation costs.
