Meet Wilson! Wilson is an approximately 6-month-old Sheepdog/Shepherd mix with a heart full of love, despite a tough start. He was rescued after spending two months tied to a tree, enduring all kinds of weather. Thankfully, Wilson has come through his ordeal with his sweet, loving, and playful spirit intact. He adores attention, enjoys playtime, and gets along wonderfully with both kids and other dogs. While he may be a little shy at first, once he feels safe and secure, he blossoms into an incredibly friendly, affectionate, and loyal companion. Wilson still has that puppy energy and would thrive with an active family who loves walks, hikes, and outdoor adventures. A home with a big yard, or even acreage, would be his dream, giving him the space to finally run free and enjoy the life he deserves. Older children who are up for some fun playtime would also be a fantastic match for him. Weighing in at 33 lbs, Wilson is ready for a forever home where he can continue to grow, feel safe, and become a cherished member of the family.

Wilson would thrive in an active home with plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures and playtime. He would especially love a home with a large yard or acreage. He also does well with kids and other dogs.

Wilson is still very much a puppy and has lots of energy. He may need continued guidance as he adjusts to a home environment after his previous experiences.
