Hooch

"Come on! Hooch! Hooch for the pooch!"

My journey began a little rough, as I was one of five puppies abandoned on a vet's doorstep, left in a rabbit cage with what was believed to be one of my siblings. Because of my start, I can be quite timid and shy. I'm making great progress, but I'm looking for a patient family to help me build my confidence. Once I feel safe and loved, I'm a total snuggle bug who loves to be close to my people. I've been told I have a "typical pit bull personality," which I think means I'm a devoted companion who doesn't quite understand personal space and prefers to be right by your side.

Ideal Home

Hooch would thrive in a patient and understanding home. Due to his timid nature, he needs a loving environment where he can slowly come out of his shell.

Ongoing Health

Hooch is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccinations. He is ready to start his new life!

Training & Support

Hooch is still working through his insecurities due to his past. He needs continued patience and positive reinforcement to help him feel more comfortable and confident.

Hooch is located in Delphi, IN. We can arrange transport to approved adopters.
