Alaska State

Alaska is an 8-month-old, 36lb bundle of joy who we believe might be a Pitty/Lab mix. She's incredibly sweet, curious, and cuddly, and her playful personality shines through when she's romping with her siblings. After a good play session, she's happiest taking a good nap. This little one is part of a critical rescue effort, and adopting her means saving a life and creating space for another animal in need. Training & Support

Alaska is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization, and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately when arriving at their new home, which will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog.

Transporation

Alaska is located in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. This includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
