Spud (sweet!)

Meet Spud, a 10-year-old, 66-pound senior gentleman who is a delightful mix of Great Pyrenees, Bulldog, and Hound. Spud is a big sweetheart who may be a little shy at first, but he quickly warms up and becomes incredibly affectionate with his people. He's a surprisingly active senior who loves walks, playing, and engaging with his toys, often experiencing fun bursts of energy. When it's time to relax, Spud is a professional napper, happy to snooze in a cozy bed, on the sofa, or at your feet. He enjoys being close to his humans and adores belly rubs and attention. Spud has faced some challenges in his past, which have left him with some fear and anxiety. He is looking for a loving and patient home where he can feel secure and cherished.

Ideal Home

Spud would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can receive all the love and attention. He needs a patient and understanding family who can help him feel safe and thrive.

Spud is neutered and up-to-date on all his vaccines.

Training & Support

Spud is crate trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, down, heel, leave it, and no jump. He benefits from a patient and loving environment to manage his past fears and anxieties.
