Meet Sauna, a charming 2-year-old Frenchie mix with a heart of gold! He was found as a stray with his buddy, Heatwave, during a sweltering South Carolina heatwave. Despite their initial skin issues, likely from fleas, these two wrinkly goofballs are sweet, friendly, and full of life. Sauna is a dog-friendly pup who is happy and eager to learn new things with the help of tasty treats. If you're looking for a laid-back companion who enjoys zoomies and snuggles, Sauna might be the perfect low-riding chunk for your family. We promised Sauna the best of his life, and we hope that can be with you!

Ongoing Health

Sauna is being treated for skin issues that are believed to be flea-related. He also has an umbilical hernia that will be repaired soon.

Sauna is ready to learn his manners and is motivated by yummy snacks. He is dog-friendly and happy, making him a great candidate for continued positive reinforcement training.

Transporation

Sauna is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
