Meet Sandy! She's a delightful blend of playful energy and snuggly affection, a sweet girl with the potential to be your perfect companion. We think she's a Corgi and Pit Bull mix, and her adorable face and loving nature are sure to capture your heart.
Sandy enjoys playing with her siblings and other dogs in her foster home, but once she's had her fill of fun, she loves nothing more than to curl up beside her favorite people. She thrives on closeness and is always ready for some extra pets and cuddles.
She's making great progress with potty training and will do best with a family committed to a consistent routine. Sandy sleeps soundly in her crate through the night and will let you know when she's ready to start the day. She's also learning to walk nicely on a leash for such a young pup.
Like any puppy, Sandy adores playtime! Balls, chew toys, and romping outdoors are some of her favorite activities. While she eats her meals a bit slowly, she's always excited for a mini Milk-Bone. To ensure she feels secure, we recommend feeding Sandy in her crate, as she can be a little protective of her food.
Sandy gets along wonderfully with the dogs in her foster home. We haven't had the opportunity to introduce her to cats or children, so we're unsure how she would interact with them.

Sandy is doing well with potty training and leash walking. She can be protective of her food, so feeding her in her crate where she feels safe is recommended.
