Sterling Bear is a handsome, 2-year-old Lab mix, weighing around 72 lbs. He's an easygoing gentleman with a heart of gold, known for his calm and steady temperament. Sterling is the perfect blend of adventure buddy and snuggle companion. He loves to play fetch, go for walks, and then relax with his favorite people. He's also a smart cookie, knowing basic commands like "sit," and is both crate and potty trained. Sterling is very dog-friendly, enjoying playful romps with dogs who have a similar, happy-go-lucky personality and who also know when to take a break from playing. While he enjoys canine company, he's equally happy to be the center of attention with his human family.

Ideal Home

Sterling Bear would love a home with a nice big backyard where he can roam, chase squirrels, and relax in the sun. While he hasn't been tested with children, based on his wonderful nature, he's believed to be a great family dog.

Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
