Joey is a sensitive soul who forms deep attachments. While he is incredibly relaxed and comfortable with his foster mom, he can be guarded and a bit nervous around men and fast movements. For Joey to truly thrive, he needs a home that is quiet, calm, and predictable, with no loud or boisterous households. He would do best in a home without young children. A patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time will be rewarded with Joey's happy-go-lucky and sweet personality.
