Baby Jojo

Meet Baby JoJo, our sweet tuxedo queen! Affectionately known as "Baby" by her foster family, JoJo is a special girl looking for her furever person. She was rescued from a city kill shelter after volunteers there pleaded for us to save her, and we're so glad we did. While we don't know much about her past, we know she lived with an elderly woman who was too sick to care for her and ultimately surrendered her to the shelter. Baby JoJo has made incredible strides in her foster home. She knows all her basic commands: sit, down, stay, and "let's go"—and loves her walks around the neighborhood. Her favorite thing is to cuddle up with her foster dad, and she gives all her love in return. She's incredibly affectionate and loyal once she feels safe, and will show you her gentle soul. She is 5 years old, 68 lbs, and we believe she's a Pittie and Labrador mix.

Ideal Home

JoJo needs a patient and experienced adopter who can give her time to warm up to new people. She is looking for an adult-only, quiet home where she can be a solo dog without a lot of visitors. A closed fenced yard would be a dream come true for her to run and play in!

Ongoing Health

JoJo is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

Training & Support

She knows all her basic commands: sit, down, stay, and "let's go." She loves her walks around the neighborhood.
