Oreo is a 4-year-old, 23lb terrier mix who has been through a lot. He was found on the streets and spent months in a high-kill shelter before a rescue gave him a second chance. Now, he's looking for a loving family to show him what forever feels like. Oreo is a dog who thrives with a slower pace and a patient family who will let him settle in and feel safe. While the kennel environment can be overwhelming for him, once he feels comfortable, his true personality shines. He becomes affectionate, goofy, and incredibly loving. He loves to snuggle, lean against you for comfort, and be your loyal shadow. Oreo would love to be your co-pilot on weekend road trips, neighborhood walks, or even just running errands.
