Draco

Draco is a young, athletic Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart of gold and a serious case of the zoomies. He came to us after his previous owners threatened to abandon him when they had to move. This compact little guy might not be big, but he’s strong, agile, and can clear a 5-foot fence like it’s nothing, and has even scaled 6-foot ones with determination! Despite his super-athlete skills, Draco is a total sweetheart. He enjoys calm pets, takes affection gently, and doesn’t bark much. He gets along with other dogs and walks nicely on leash, making him a great companion for walks, hikes, and outdoor adventures.

Ideal Home

Draco would thrive with an active person or family who can give him plenty of exercise. He needs a secure yard or a setup that can safely contain his impressive jumping talent.

Ongoing Health

Draco is a healthy young dog.

Training & Support

Draco walks well on leash and is good with respectful kids and other dogs. He rarely barks. His main training need is ensuring he is safely contained due to his fence-jumping abilities.
