Sid

Sid is a Terrier/Cattle Dog mix who has come a long way since entering the shelter. About Beagle-sized, he enjoys walks with his volunteer friends, playing with toys, and relaxing with a rubdown afterward. His quirky, affectionate personality makes him a wonderful companion for someone willing to give him a chance.

He does well with other dogs, especially larger female dogs, though introductions should consider personality. Sid may be okay with a dog-savvy cat with slow introductions and careful supervision. He can be stubborn about coming inside and needs a physically fenced yard. Children in his home should be 12 years or older.

Ideal Home

• A home with a physically fenced yard
• Children should be 12 years or older
• Dog introductions should be based on individual personalities
• A dog-savvy cat may be suitable with slow introductions and caution
