Miss Amaya

Amaya is a charming Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix puppy with a beautiful silver and creamy peach coat and bright, curious eyes. She's a happy, goofy, and playful pup, full of the irresistible puppy charm that will bring laughter and joy to your home. Expected to reach 65-75 pounds as an adult, Amaya loves people, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is convinced every toy was made just for her! She is adaptable, ready for adventures, playtime, and plenty of snuggles.

Ideal Home

Amaya would thrive with a family who has the time to help a puppy grow and learn. A fenced yard would be wonderful for her zoomies, explorations, and snoozes in the sun. She would also love a canine sibling to play with, though it's not a requirement.

Ongoing Health

Amaya is microchipped and vaccinated. She will be spayed at the appropriate age and is currently on a potty-training schedule.

Training & Support

Amaya is eager to learn and will benefit from a loving owner who understands that she'll need a little time to adjust and settle into her new family.

Transportation

Amaya is currently located in Houston, Texas. We arrange transport for "out of town" pets from our Rescue Ranch in Fulshear, TX to locations near you. Transport is handled by AJC Rescue & Transport, with vans that are air-conditioned and heated. You will be included in a group chat to track your dog's journey in real-time, with updates on their exact location and estimated arrival time. Please note that while drivers do their best to stay on schedule, traffic and weather can affect arrival times. Dogs on transport will have scheduled breaks for food, walks, and bathroom needs, and will be crated for their safety.
