Baxter

Meet Baxter, a charming 3-year-old Jack Russell Terrier with a personality as bright as his coat! Baxter can be a little grumpy and has a mind of his own, but he's quick to offer sweet kisses and enjoys snuggling on your lap – on his terms, of course. He gets along well with other dogs, though he's quite possessive of his favorite human's lap!

Baxter's former owner was deployed, and he's now looking for a new loving home to call his own. He's a quiet boy, only making noise to let you know when he needs to go potty, which he's very good at communicating. He walks well on a leash and absolutely adores his walks and playing in the yard.

Ideal Home

Baxter would thrive in a patient home with adults only. He's not sure about children and they make him a bit nervous. He needs a home where he can feel safe and learn to let his guard down, knowing he won't lose his home again.

Baxter is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Baxter is house-trained. He enjoys walks and playing in the yard.
