Some dogs are great hiking buddies. Others are expert snugglers. Some are incredibly trainable. Titus is all of those things wrapped into one amazing dog. At just 2 years old and 62 pounds, Titus has the perfect balance of energy and affection. He's equally happy joining you for a morning walk, afternoon adventure, road trip, or picnic as he is spending the evening curled up beside you under a cozy blanket for movie night. After spending several months in a city shelter after being found as a stray, Titus never lost his joyful spirit. Thanks to foster care, he's had the opportunity to show everyone what an incredible companion he truly is—and now he's ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for.
Ideal Home
Titus is a social butterfly who loves everyone! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, lives peacefully with cats, and does well with children. His foster family loves how naturally he adjusts his energy to the people and animals around him, knowing when to play and when to settle down.
Ongoing Health
Titus is neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He is current on rabies and vaccinations.
Training & Support
Titus is a highly intelligent and eager learner who genuinely enjoys training and loves having a job to do. He already knows sit, down, stay, and responds beautifully to commands to go to his crate or bed. His recall is becoming stronger every week, and he can maintain a hold/stay position even with distractions. He has exceptional impulse control, especially around food, and understands boundaries remarkably well. He reliably responds to commands even without treats, as he genuinely wants to please his people. His foster family believes he has enormous potential to continue learning and would thrive with anyone who enjoys working with a smart, eager dog.

Transporation
Titus is currently in a foster home. We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. All dogs are kept in foster homes until they are adopted.
