Patches

Patches is a delightful tan and white Terrier Mix, weighing in at about 15 lbs and estimated to be around 7 years young. She's a well-behaved and affectionate girl who enjoys her independence. Patches was rescued from a difficult situation and made her way to us, ready for a new chapter. While she's generally good with most dogs, she can be a bit selective and may "bossy" with other canines. She's not one to back down if challenged, so if there's another dog in your home, they should be mellow and laid-back. Patches is not a big fan of cuddling and prefers to do her own thing, making her a wonderful companion for adults who understand and appreciate a dog with an independent spirit.

Ideal Home

Patches would do best in a home with adults who are familiar with and appreciate the personality of a small, independent dog. If you have other dogs, they should be mellow and laid-back, as Patches can be selective and bossy.

Ongoing Health

Patches is fully vetted, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and is heartworm negative. She is on year-round heartworm prevention, has been spayed, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Patches is a well-behaved and affectionate girl. While generally good with other dogs, she can be selective and bossy, so understanding canine social cues and providing a calm environment will be key to her continued success.
