Blue may be a little shy at first, but once he trusts you, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion who loves giving kisses and relaxing by your side. He's a smart cookie, crate-trained, quick to go potty, and exhibits excellent manners. While he takes treats gently, he can be a bit particular, and thrives on a calm, structured routine. Blue has a medium to low energy level, making him an ideal partner for both gentle strolls and cozy downtime. He was rescued from a euthanasia list in Houston, Texas, and is now safe and sound in foster care, eagerly awaiting his forever family.

Ideal Home

Blue would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can feel secure and truly bond with his person. He tends to warm up more quickly to women but, with patience and consistency, can build trust with anyone willing to give him the time he needs. He can get nervous during storms and will need extra comfort and reassurance when it rains.

Blue is fully vetted, neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and has been maintained on heartworm prevention.
