Meet Kelsey This young. long-haired Chihuahua mix with a gentle soul and a heart that's still learning the world can be a safe place. She arrived with 4 other dogs and was absolutely terrified. Everything was scary, new, and trust didn't come easy. But little by little, Kelsey has started to show the sweet girl hiding beneath all that fear. Once she decides you're safe, she becomes what we lovingly call a "glue dog". Kelsey is looking for someone who understands that love is earned, patience is powerful, and the greatest relationships are sometimes built one small victory at a time. Kelsey may not be the dog who runs up to greet you on day one, but give her the time she needs, she'll become the little shadow at your feet, your quiet companion, and your most devoted friend.
